I had a good location near the north shore. It was walkable to the tower. the breakfast was superb. It was made to order. roy and tina are lovely people. I would definitely stay there again. rooms were very clean and tidy too.

i noticed one very minor thing, the bar prices are reasonable, though i didn't use it much.

My family and I enjoyed a nice three-night stay. I found the location quite convenient. The proximity to public transport was very useful. Breakfast each morning included a superb cooked-to-order service. It offered a great start to the day. The room was clean and well kept. I slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. Hosts offered good knowledge of the local places to visit. Roy and Tina showed genuine care. They ensured every guest felt at home. Their warm welcome created a very positive atmosphere. I observed their helpfulness towards every inquiry. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions and amenities was useful. I enjoyed a short walk to the tram stop. Easy access to the town center made our excursions stress-free. A pub nearby served delicious meals too.

I noticed some seagulls had unfortunately left droppings on my car.

The breakfast was cooked to order. I found it hot and there was plenty to eat. parking was free outside the hotel. the location was close to a tram stop, convenient.

The shower leaked all over the floor. I had to use bath towels to dry it. the room was not serviced one morning, so wet towels remained. seagulls pooped on my car. This was not the owner's fault though.
